Over the past decades, our Group has developed solar parks with a combined capacity of 327 MW and wind farms with a combined capacity of 280 MW.

Our development work typically begins with site selection and technical and legal assessment. This is followed by detailed technical planning, permitting procedures, and securing the required land and access rights. A key part of the process is planning grid connection and transmission infrastructure and concluding the related agreements.

Since 2015, we have been developing premium residential projects in Districts I, II, and XII of Budapest.

Through our work in energy project development, we have learned that delivering quality far above the market standard creates real, lasting value. Building on this experience, our real estate strategy differs from that of traditional developers: we choose locations and design homes where we ourselves would be happy to live. Our portfolio also includes industrial and logistics parks located at strategically important motorway junctions, as well as hospitality developments involving the repositioning of existing buildings into modern accommodations.

Building on two decades of experience in energy and real estate development, in 2026, we launched data center development activities across five European countries: Austria, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and Poland.

We identify and evaluate suitable properties for data centers, considering grid connection opportunities, energy and telecommunications access, as well as regional regulatory and planning conditions. Site selection is driven by the need to ensure future scalability, redundancy, and availability.

Our project team coordinates environmental and spatial planning studies and manages all permitting procedures. At the end of the development cycle, we deliver projects in a fully prepared, ready-to-implement condition that meets the industry’s current technical and regulatory expectations, enabling the investor to safely design and construct a data center that meets their own technical requirements within the legal and technical framework we provide.
