The establishment of Callis Energetika Zrt. and the launch of cogeneration power plant developments marked the first pillar of the company’s energy-focused strategy.

2003

Entry into the renewable energy market through wind farm developments.

2007

Successful sale of a 162 MW wind farm portfolio to IBERDROLA Group.

2010

Sale of a completed 10 MW gas-engine power plant to GREENERGY Hungary Holding.

2015

Launch of the real estate development division with residential condominium projects.

2017

Strategic expansion into solar energy development.

2018

Sale of an industrial development property in Újhartyán to REHAU Automotive..

2019

Sale of an 11 MW solar power plant to PHLEGON Group.

2023

Successful sale of a 280 MW solar power plant portfolio to UNIPER.

2026

Launch of data center developments in five European countries.

Established in 2026, our Austrian subsidiary serves as the headquarters for Callis’ international expansion, coordinating our operations across Germany, Spain, Sweden, and Poland.

Investment plans often do not reach the implementation phase due to permitting, legal, or economic rationality constraints. This is why our activity focuses on the early stages of development, which represent the most critical part of the value chain and therefore create significant added value for investors.
